Farm to Freezer Garlic Green Beans

Serves 2 as a generous side dish. Multiply for more guests!


  • 1 / 10 oz. package of NFCA Frozen Green Beans
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. coarse salt


  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat
  • Add chopped garlic
  • Stir in frozen green beans
  • Continue cooking until garlic and beans begin to brown
  • Sprinkle salt over beans and stir for a few more minutes
  • Serve & Enjoy!
