Grocery/Wellness Buyer-Stocker

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented GROCERY/WELLNESS BUYER-STOCKER to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing grocery and wellness products to ensure our shelves are stocked with high-quality, in-demand items. This includes maintaining appropriate inventory levels, assisting customers with product inquiries, and managing special orders. Duties

• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source products that meet quality standards and customer preferences
• Monitor inventory levels , adjusting stock levels based on sales trends and seasonal demands
• Perform replenishment activities, and oversee merchandising efforts to optimize product presentation

Skills

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills are required.
• Knowledge of vitamins, minerals, supplements and natural body care a plus.
• Ability to interact with vendors to select high-quality products to add to the current product offerings.
• Willingness to proactively learn about wellness products and their uses.

The position requires a 40-hour workweek, scheduled from Tuesday through Saturday, with occasional flexibility based on business needs. This is a non-exempt position reporting to the Grocery/Wellness Manager.
