Front End Manager

Rising Tide seeks a Front-End Manager. This full-time, 40 hours per week salaried position, reports to the Cooperative Experience Manager and oversees cashiers, Shift Supervisors, and Team Members that work throughout the store. The schedule includes a weekend day and a mix of morning, closing (8:30pm), and midday shifts.

Qualified candidates will be committed to creating an excellent customer experience and vibrant team culture. Strong money-handling skills and personnel management experience are required.

The starting pay range for this position is $50,000-$65,000, depending on experience.
