Open Positions

Production Cook — Part-time & Full-time

Prepare soups, sauces, grains, hot bar items, and grab-and-go offerings using fresh, local, and organic ingredients.

Follow recipes and production guides; maintain consistent quality and minimize waste.

Keep prep stations clean, organized, and food-safe throughout every shift.

Hot Line Cook — Part-time & Full-time

Execute line service efficiently during peak hours with quality and composure.

Prepare made-to-order and hot bar items to Co-op standards.

Support the kitchen team through service and transition periods.

Dishwasher — Part-time

Keep the kitchen running smoothly by maintaining a clean, sanitized dish and equipment supply.

Support kitchen cleanliness and organization throughout your shift.

Compensation & Benefits

All positions are compensated at $17–$20/hr DOE. Benefits include store discount, paid time off, IRA, dental, and professional development opportunities. Part-time and full-time schedules available; some weekend and evening availability required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Kitchen or food service experience preferred for cook roles; dishwasher position is open to motivated beginners.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for fresh, locally sourced, and seasonal food.
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • A collaborative, positive attitude and willingness to support the whole team.
  • Food safety awareness and comfort following kitchen sanitation standards.
  • ServSafe or food handler certification a plus but not required.
