Cafe Manager
CAFÉ MANAGER: The Café Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the Blue Hill Co-op kitchen, including café service counter, food bar and grab n go deli case. This position will manage the personnel, processes, and production schedule in the kitchen to ensure consistently high-quality food and customer service. This position will be responsible for meeting goals for sales, margin, and labor. This position works collaboratively with the Prepared Foods team to achieve consistent and quality results in prepared foods. The Café Manager works closely with the Operations Manager, General Manager and Admin team to support achievement of the Blue Hill Co-op’s strategic goals.
